Sterling Steakhouse Menu on Princess Cruises
Sterling Steakhouse is Princess Cruises’ specialty dining steakhouse concept on select ships. The for-a-fee restaurant is known for its steaks, chops, and seafood served in a refined atmosphere.
Although most Princess cruise ships offer the Crown Grill as their specialty dining steakhouse on board, two ships in the fleet—Diamond Princess and Sapphire Princess—feature Sterling Steakhouse instead.
Seasoned Princess cruisers sailing on either ship will notice that the Sterling Steakhouse menu is very similar to that of Crown Grill, with just a few menu omissions and ingredient substitutions.
